About TinkerbellWell, my name is Alice, and I own the most wonderful pony alive (at least I think so!!). She is a Pony of the Americas, 12.2 hh mare who shows every summer with me and loves to swim (we have a pond, just for her). At the moment, we are having cross country lessons every Tuesday, where we jump over 2 feet 3 inches. Her name is Tinkerbell and you would never be able to tell her dark past, which could have been a VERY dark future from the bright look in her sweet eyes, her almost perfect conformation, not to mention all of her showing and jumping trophies. No, so many perfect horses like Tinkerbell are sent with no say down the wrong road. Although this no longer goes on in America, it does happen in other countries taking our horses. I can't bring myself to say anymore about it, besides Tinkerbell was rescued, and to me that is all that matters.
This website is dedicated to her and the fact that rescue horses aren't to be thrown away after adoption. In fact, they can be a part of your family forever and their past life can easily be forgotten.
